At the beginning of each quiz, the first line provides statistics - indicating the current question number out of the total number of questions, and how many correct answers you have given.
So, in your case, the phrase
"Current question: 4 out of 4. Correct answers: 3"
means that the current question is the fourth out of four, and so far you have answered 3 questions correctly.
As for the question itself,
"Check the concepts related only to imperative programming,"
you need to select all the correct options. As a hint, please be aware that there may be only 2 correct answers in this case.
